February Spotlight

My fitness journey began at the end of last year when I took the last two weeks off of the year and sat down and had a real conversation with myself. I tell my children often that the definition of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.” As I thought about that I realized that me doing nothing for myself, not feeling good about myself and waiting to lose weight was the definition of insanity.

I contacted Eliana who I’ve maintained my relationship with. She welcomed me back to the Zumba family from a 3 year hiatus. Once I told my husband my plans, I started coming back he stated to me that this must become our life style. Just like we go to church Sunday and Wednesday… We must work out 3 or 4 days a week. My fitness goal is to lose 40 to 50 pounds. My overall goal is to be a healthier, happier ME!!
Fit Fiesta Studio is making that goal a reality. The support, the love and the kindness shown makes every day a happier place for me to be!
